Wedge heat sealers

The HWW1000 hot wedge welding machine for welding thermoplastic geomembranes wasspecially developed   for tunnel and basin construction as well as for lighter covers and has proven its worth in these areas. 

Due to its low weight compared to other devices with the same power, the HWW1000 is particularly suitable for waterproofing structures with vertical seams or steep slopes.
The electronic control ensures absolutely constant speeds on uphill, downhill and level terrain.

The HWW1000 consists of the manual machine with the guides, heating wedge, synchronized transport and pressure system as well as the associated electronics and electrical supply unit.
This machine is characterized by:
