Our hot air/hot gas welders are characterized first and foremost by very good workmanship, robustness and an excellent price/performance ratio.
Their flexible range of applications extends from the classic welding of plastics in container and apparatus construction to insulation technology and the automotive industry.

We supply devices of different performance classes with an integrated air blower in the handle and those that are operated with an external air supply, e.g. with a blower, side channel blower or compressor. Depending on the model, the heat output can be infinitely adjusted and the temperature is kept constant at the set level electronically.

For operation on construction sites and in workshops, we have various smaller, handy and transportable air supply units in our range that supply the required welding air.

Thanks to a large number of coordinated welding nozzles for the various welding processes and various wide-slot nozzles made of Solingen steel, it is also possible for other industries to use these devices to achieve excellent results.

We also have suitable sheet materials and welding rods available for optimum processing and welding.
For hot air welding, round wires with Ø3 or Ø4 mm or filler metals in various triangular shapes are usually used.
We supply these welding consumables – standardized in accordance with DVS – on spools, in bundles or as welding rods of the highest quality, depending on the material.
