Standard profiles made of PVC-U PE-HD and PP-H

Our range of profiles primarily comprises standard profiles.

We understand this to mean standardized isosceles or isosceles

  • L (angle) profiles,
  • U-profiles,
  • T-profiles,
  • H-profiles,
  • Square and rectangular tubes (shaped tubes),
  • Square bars and
  • Flat bars.

The common materials PVC-U, PE-HD and PP-H are available as materials for apparatus and chemical plant construction as well as in electrical engineering. Standard profiles are mostly Stock items and are sold in Factory lengths supplied .

Also available as Panel edging profiles in PVC-U as U-profile or H-profile or as PVC-U corner connection profile.

In addition to standard profiles, we also supply Special profiles made from other plastics. As these are always custom-made products according to drawings , we kindly ask you to inquire in advance about the minimum quantities required for production.

General information on standard profiles:

Standard profiles are standardized, shaped components that are manufactured according to certain norms or standards. These profiles are often used in the construction industry, mechanical engineering, electrical industry and other applications.

Properties of standard profiles:

  • Standardized forms:
Standard profiles are manufactured according to specific standards or norms and therefore have standardized shapes, dimensions and cross-sectional profiles.

  • Variety of materials:
They can be made from various materials, including metals such as aluminum or steel, plastics such as PVC or ABS, as well as other materials depending on the application.

  • Various cross-sectional shapes:
Standard profiles can have different cross-sectional shapes, including hollow profiles, U-profiles, L-profiles, T-profiles and many others, depending on the requirements of their application.

  • Application-oriented properties:
The properties of standard profiles are often adapted to the specific requirements of their application, including strength, flexibility, corrosion resistance and other specific characteristics.

Applications of standard profiles:

  • construction industry:
Standard profiles are used in the construction industry for window and door profiles, façade cladding, railings and other structural elements.

  • Mechanical engineering:
In the mechanical engineering industry, standard profiles are used for frame structures, housings, beams and other components.

  • Electrical industry:
Standard profiles are used as housings for electrical components, mounting rails and other structural elements in the electrical industry.

  • Vehicle construction:
In the automotive industry, standard profiles are used for body structures, add-on parts and other components.

  • furniture industry:
Furniture manufacturers use standard profiles for frames, cladding and other structural elements.

Advantages of standard profiles:

  • Standardization:
By using standard profiles, construction projects and manufacturing processes can be standardized and simplified.

  • Cost efficiency:
Standardized production and the use of standard profiles can be cost-efficient as they can be produced in large quantities.

  • Flexibility:
Standard profiles are versatile and can be used in various applications.

  • Time saving:
The use of standardized profiles can shorten the development and production time.

Standard profiles play an important role in various industries as they provide an efficient, standardized and cost-effective solution for a wide range of applications.
