AKU®-LEN PE 1000 SHEETS as PRESS SHEETS, planed on both sides in PE-UHMW, UHMW-PE

The ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene has a high abrasion resistance combined with high toughness.
Chemical resistance and stress cracking are optimized compared to standard PE-HD.
The continuous operating temperature is between -150°C and +90°C.

PE 1000 pressed sheets are high-quality plastic sheets made of class 1000 polyethylene.

These panels are manufactured using a special pressing process that results in a homogeneous structure and gives them exceptional strength, impact resistance and abrasion resistance.

PE 1000 press sheets are particularly suitable for applications that require extreme wear and high mechanical loads, such as mining, material handling, agriculture and food processing. They are resistant to chemicals and have good weather resistance, which also makes them ideal for outdoor use.

PE 1000 press sheets offer an extremely robust and durable solution for demanding industrial applications.
