AKU®-CRYL PMMA-XT CIRCULAR BARS or FULL BARS made of extruded acrylic glass

Polymethyl methacrylate is brittle and has high hardness, rigidity and strength.
PMMA is also scratch-resistant and polishable. It has good thermal shock resistance and UV resistance.
The continuous service temperature of PMMA is between -40 °C and +70 °C.

PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) rods are high-quality plastic rods made from the transparent polymer polymethyl methacrylate, which is also known by the trade name “acrylic glass”.

Polymethyl methacrylate extruded

often abbreviated as PMMA XT, is a special form of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) that is produced by extrusion.
PMMA XT is better known under the trade name Plexiglas®.
