Table heating strip is a
special heating device

that is placed on a table or work surface to provide targeted heat for plastic materials.

The table-top heating element model HT is used for contactless heating of amorphous and semi-crystalline plastic sheets (e.g. PVC-U, PMMA).

Single-row heater (230V) with digital temperature control, hold-down device and width/height-adjustable wooden support surface.

Optionally available with rip fence, timer with acoustic signal, Teflonized folding bar.

Available in the following working widths of 0.5m, 1m, 1.5m, 2m and 3m

The 2.xx HT table-top heating element is used for double-sided contactless heating of amorphous and semi-crystalline plastic sheets (e.g. PVC-U, PMMA).

Single-row top and bottom heating (230V) with digital temperature control and wood support surface.

Optionally available with rip fence, timer with acoustic signal, Teflonized folding bar.

Available in the following working widths of 0.5m, 1m, 1.5m, 2m and 3m.

Hand-held heating element x.HE with control for contact heating

The HE series manual heating elements are used for butt welding or folding plastic sheets (e.g. PVC-U, PE-HD, PP).

The surfaces of the heating elements have a Teflon coating. Separate temperature control, electronic with digital set and actual temperature display. Optionally available with integrated timer and acoustic signal.

The manual heating elements, e.g. 10U manual heating element with control for contact heating , are available in 2 versions:

a) Top side flat (for butt welding)

b) with point angle 82° (for folding)
