Trovidur® ESA-D is a Trovidur® sheet type specially developed for the printing sector , which is supplied exclusively in white with foil lamination on one side (print side) .

PVC-U sheets for printing with film lamination on one side are specially designed plastic sheets made of uncolored polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) and laminated on one side with a high-quality film. These sheets are optimized for use in printing and advertising applications, with the single-sided film lamination offering additional advantages in terms of protection and appearance.

PVC-U sheets with film lamination on one side combine the outstanding printing properties of PVC-U with the advantages of high-quality surface lamination. The smooth and homogeneous PVC-U surface offers excellent print quality and image sharpness, while the one-sided film lamination provides additional protection against external influences such as UV radiation, moisture and mechanical stress.

The laminated side of the panel is characterized by particularly high scratch and abrasion resistance, which significantly increases the durability and resistance of the printed material. At the same time, the film lamination gives the prints a glossy or matt surface, depending on the type of film selected, and improves the color intensity and lightfastness of the printed motifs.

In addition, PVC-U sheets with film lamination on one side are also easy to process and offer high dimensional stability and flatness to ensure precise printing results.
