Industrial air heater 3000

The industrial air heater type 3000 produces constant hot air in continuous operation.

The compact and lightweight air heater can be integrated into professional production processes despite its high hot air output.

The Type 3000 air heater offers numerous different application options.

Among other things, the air heaters are used on conveyor belts and in machines. The hot air they generate is used for activation, shrinking, drying and shaping.

The air heaters are switchable in 3 stages and can be equipped with different heating outputs in 230V or 400V 3 alternating current up to a maximum of 650 °C.

Type 3000 requires an external air supply with blower, side channel blower or compressor. Depending on the nozzle, the required air volume is 500 to 1500 liters/min.

The air flow can be concentrated and modified with various attachable nozzles, so that individual solutions can be achieved.
