Thanks to our many years of experience in machining, we can also provide material-specific machining recommendations on request.

In order to offer you the best possible quality, our round bars not only have excellent concentricity but are also produced with tolerances which in most cases are considerably tighter than those of the corresponding DIN/EN standard are.

On request, we can also supply solid bars in a ground version, with possible tolerances of up to +/-0.05 mm, depending on the material and diameter.

To save you any nasty surprises during processing, many of the bars supplied are subjected to a factory ultrasonic inspection for possible inclusions during production.
High-temperature materials are always supplied in a tempered version (stress-relieved).
