Perfluoroalkoxy polymers (PFA) are thermoplastic copolymers of tetrafluoroethylene with perfluorinated vinyl ethers with high temperature resistance and continuous temperatures of over 250 °C and are weldable.
The following dimensions of the pressed rods are tool dimensions, i.e. the semi-finished product dimensions are smaller by the material-specific shrinkage of 1.2 %.
PFA (perfluoroalkoxy) rods are high-quality plastic rods made from the polymer perfluoroalkoxyethylene.
They are characterized by their exceptional heat resistance, chemical resistance and non-stick properties.
PFA rods are particularly suitable for applications that have to withstand extreme temperatures and aggressive chemicals, such as in the chemical industry, semiconductor production and food processing.
Due to their outstanding properties, PFA rods offer a reliable and durable solution for demanding applications in various industries.
