Automated pallet welding machine for welding high-profile pallets, pallet bases and lids

The SP pallet welding machines are robust special machines that have been specially developed for welding high-profile pallets as well as pallet bases and lids.

The welding cycle runs fully automatically and the most important welding parameters can optionally be determined via a master computer.

All values suggested by the computer can be corrected or changed by the operator.

On the standard machine, the joining force is set manually using a pressure control valve.

If the control of the table forces is to be taken over by the master computer, we offer an extension of the force control by means of a proportional valve for an additional charge.

The working width is optionally 1.2 m, 1.5 m or 2.0 m, whereby the largest cutting area to be welded is 300 mm.
