Spark Tester PST 100 for Plastic Processors

The PST 100 spark tester enables fast and economical testing of coatings and linings with thicknesses from 3 to 30 mm.

The device is particularly suitable for checking butt and overlap welds in the plastics and rubber industry, in petrochemical plants and in pipeline construction.

A flexible test probe is included in the scope of delivery. For special applications, additional insulated extension rods and electrodes can be supplied.

In order to guarantee a stable output voltage, excessively large electrodes should be avoided.

A maximum electrode length of 150 mm is recommended for all high-frequency devices.

An optionally available accessory set includes a high-quality transport case and a selection of suitable electrodes for use with the PST spark tester.
