The FORSTHOFF-P welding machine is ideally suited for overlap welding, hem welding and keder welding. Available for 20 mm, 30 mm, 40 mm and 45 mm wide weld seams.

The Forsthoff-P welding machine is the efficient and manoeuvrable welding machine for welding truck tarpaulins, tents and awning fabrics. It produces overlap seams of optionally 20, 30, 40 and 45 mm and can also be converted for welding in keder cords. In addition, the machine is used without any problems by mounting a hem-welding accessory for producing hems of 20 mm and 30 mm and of 40 mm and 45 mm.

The heating output of up to 4000 W 230 V AC is continuously adjusted from 20 to 700°C and can thus be individually aligned to the different materials. In addition, secure pressure on the tarpaulin is ensured by a three-point support. Thanks to a new nozzle generation, tarpaulin fabrics can be welded at a speed of up to 11 metres/minute.

Furthermore, the tarpaulin welding machine has a stable carrying handle and a comfortable guide handle. The manoeuvrable and slim housing design is optimally suited for use of the Forsthoff-P in the vehicle tarpaulin sector.
