Overview of fully automatic to manual panel benders

Model A-BA<\/b><\/h5>

The panel bender model series A-BA<\/a> <\/strong>are <\/span>robust all-round machines<\/b> with <\/span>flexible range of application<\/b>but ideal for the <\/span>production of ventilation ducts<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

The bending cycle runs fully automatically<\/b>, the bending parameters are set bending parameters<\/b> (cycle time preselection via database for PE \/ PP \/ PVC-U \/ PVDF).<\/p>


The A-BA model has a position drive with PLC control<\/b>.
This includes an automatic sequence of up to 6 bends<\/b> on one workpiece.
The leg lengths are entered digitally via the display.<\/p>

This machine is available in the following versions<\/b>: 2m and 3m.
The maximum material thickness that can be processed is 25 mm.<\/p>

The A-BW model series<\/strong><\/a> is a semi-automatic series<\/b>.

The bending radius are set<\/b> manually using a bending line correction.
This enables infinitely adjustable bending angles<\/b> from 10\u00b0 – 95\u00b0. The machine works without the usual plate transport, as the heating process and bending take place in one position.
This allows simple and user-friendly handling<\/b> of the machine.<\/p>

This machine is available in the following versions<\/b>: Working widths in 1m, 2m, 3m and 4m.
Material thickness to be processed up to 25 mm.<\/p>

The manual bending machine BH<\/strong><\/a>is the perfect solution as an entry-level model <\/b>or for portable requirements.
The machine consists of a heating table for heating<\/b> the material and a bending table <\/b>for bending the previously heated material. The angle adjustment is infinitely variable from 10\u00b0 – 120\u00b0. The bending cycle is carried out manually.<\/p>
