halogen-containing materials such as PVC-U and PVDF is possible without any problems thanks to the electronic control of the melt temperature and very precise patented <strong>temperature measurement directly at the screw tip in the melt<\/strong>.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Our <strong>welding extruders<\/strong> are available in output classes from <strong>0.8 to 6 kg\/h <\/strong>(PE-HD) and have actual and setpoint displays for the melt temperature as well as cold start protection.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>The <strong>wire is pulled in<\/strong> using a patented <strong>internal wear- and <\/strong><strong>maintenance-free pull-in system <\/strong>without external pull-in aids.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>All our welding extruders are equipped with <b>welding air preheating <\/b>and are available with or without an air blower.<\/p><p><b>Devices with air blowers are particularly suitable for assembly work on the construction site<\/b>.<\/p><p> <\/p><p><b>Devices used in the landfill sector<\/b> can also be supplied as <b>granulate extruders <\/b>, whereby granulate with a grain size of up to approx. 3 mm can be used.<\/p><p>Welding rods for extrusion welding are used exclusively as round rods with \u00d83, \u00d84 or \u00d85 mm, depending on the device model and its welding capacity.<\/p><p>These &#8220;<b>endless&#8221; welding rods<\/b> on spools or in coils can be obtained from us
