The new FORPLAST-P2 automatic welding machine is the powerful universal device for welding all types of truck tarpaulins, weldable tent and awning fabrics.<\/strong><\/p>

<\/p>

With this maneuverable and narrow welding machine<\/b>, overlap seams of either 20, 30, 40 or 45 mm can be produced, depending on the version.<\/p>

With the appropriate optional accessories<\/b>, it is possible to convert<\/b> the machine to an automatic belt welder or seam welder<\/b>.<\/p>

<\/p>

The heating power<\/b> of up to 2×2000 W 230 V AC is electronically adjustable from 20 to700 \u00b0C and can thus be individually adapted to different materials.<\/p>

After swiveling in the welding head, the automatic welder starts automatically.An additional cold stage allows the blower to cool down after work is done, without adjusting the previously selected temperature.<\/p>

Furthermore, the stepless speed adjustment<\/b> from 0 to 18 meters\/min ensures an optimal welding result. By means of innovative pressure and guiding technology<\/b>, wrinkle-free welding is achieved, and a secure pressure of the tarpaulin is guaranteed by a three-point support of the machine.<\/p>

Older FORPLAST-P models already in the customer’s possession can also be retrofitted without any problems.<\/p>
