The HWW1000 hot wedge welding machine <\/b>for welding thermoplastic geomembranes<\/b> wasspecially<\/b> developed   for tunnel and basin construction<\/b> as well as for lighter covers and has proven its worth in these areas. <\/p>\n

Due to its low weight<\/b> compared to other devices with the same power, the HWW1000 is particularly suitable for waterproofing structures <\/b>with vertical seams or steep slopes<\/b>.
The electronic control<\/b> ensures absolutely constant speeds<\/b> on uphill, downhill and level terrain.<\/p>\n

The HWW1000 consists of the manual machine with the guides, heating wedge, synchronized transport and pressure system as well as the associated electronics and electrical supply unit<\/b>.
This machine is characterized by:<\/p>\n

  • Parameters can be preset for different thicknesses<\/li>\n
  • Precise compliance with the welding parameters<\/li>\n
  • Memory for 10,000 welds<\/li>\n

  • Digital displays of voltage, amperage and times, even during welding<\/li>\n
  • Welding element indicator for diagnostics<\/li>\n
  • Even seams thanks to stepless drive together with spring pressure<\/li>\n
  • Weld seams 15\/10\/15mm with test channel acc. to DVS 2225-4<\/li>\n
  • Low dead weight with solid construction
