Compared to pure PTFE, FEP (perfluoroethylene propylene copolymer) has a lower melt viscosity<\/b>, higher impact strength, lower strength<\/b> and rigidity<\/b>, lower continuous service temperature<\/b>, but comparable chemical and weathering resistance<\/b>, flammability and comparable electrical properties and is weldable<\/b>.<\/p>

The following dimensions are tool dimensions, i.e. the semi-finished product dimensions are smaller by the material-specific shrinkage of 1.2 %.<\/p>

Perfluoroethylene propylene copolymer <\/b><\/h5>FEP is a fluorinated thermoplastic produced by the copolymerization of tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) and hexafluoropropylene (HFP).
FEP belongs to the fluoropolymer family and has some unique properties. \n
