font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), arial; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size );\">Foils made from FEP:<\/strong><\/p><p>FEP foils are made of fluoroethylene propylene, a fluoropolymer produced by the copolymerization of tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) and hexafluoropropylene (HFP). FEP is characterized by high transparency, flexibility and excellent electrical insulation properties.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>Properties and applications:<\/b><\/p><ul><li><p><strong>Temperature resistance:<\/strong> <br \/>FEP foils have a high temperature resistance and can be used at temperatures of up to 200\u00b0C without impairing their structural properties.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Chemical resistance:<\/strong> <br \/>FEP is chemically inert and has excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals, which makes it attractive for applications in the chemical industry.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Good dielectricity:<\/strong> <br \/>FEP&#8217;s dielectric properties make it an excellent insulation material used in the electrical industry for cable sheathing and insulators.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Transparent:<\/strong> <br \/>FEP foils are transparent and retain their clarity even after prolonged exposure to UV radiation.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Low friction:<\/strong> <br \/>FEP is characterized by low friction, which makes it useful in applications with low frictional resistance and good sliding properties.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><p><strong>Foils made of PTFE:<\/strong><\/p><p>PTFE foils are made of polytetrafluoroethylene, a fluoropolymer produced by the polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene.
