\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Due to its good chemical resistance<\/b>, polyethylene is resistant to the attack of most acids, alkalis, many organic solvents, and hot water.
It is a good electrical insulator<\/b> and easily weldable<\/b>.
The continuous use temperature<\/b> ranges from -50 \u00b0C to approx. +90 \u00b0C.<\/p>

Polyethylene (PE 100) has become established in plant engineering and process technology due to its chemical resistance, excellent weldability, and mechanical strength even under continuous pressure loads. <\/p>

As a semi-finished product for machining, PE 100 places high demands on production quality: Inhomogeneities in wall thickness or internal stresses from the extrusion process are notable risks for the semi-finished product or final product.<\/p>

Outer diameter up to 1,600 mm.<\/span><\/p>

From 210 mm onwards, in pipe grade in accordance with DIN EN ISO 15494.<\/p>

Delivery length up to OD 500 mm: 2,000 mm, above: 1,000 mm.<\/p>

Custom cuts in other lengths available on request.<\/p>

Solid rods are used for milling or turning \u2013 for example, for discs, bushings, turned parts, or as special custom geometries without suitable standard dimensions.<\/p>
