class=\"bodytext\" style=\"text-align: left;\">To stabilize the ducts against negative overpressure,<br>reinforcement is required depending on the size and pressure of the duct \u2013 the corresponding deflection parameters are regulated in DIN EN 1507.<\/p><p> <\/p><p class=\"bodytext\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The duct stiffener serves for internal reinforcement and consists of two parts \u2013 a sleeve and an impact bolt.<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\" style=\"text-align: left;\">As a preparatory step, a 20 mm hole is drilled on both sides of the duct.<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\" style=\"text-align: left;\">A tube with a diameter of 32 mm x 3.0 mm, made of the material used in the duct, is clamped into the sleeve.<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The impact bolt is then driven in from the outside through the hole with a rubber mallet.<\/p><p class=\"bodytext\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The simple impact system offers the advantage of faster and thus cost-efficient production.<\/p><p> <\/p><p class=\"bodytext\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The duct stiffener is available in the following materials:<br>PVC, white PVC, PPs, PP-H, PP-EL-s, PE-HD and, upon <strong>request, in PVDF.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b534910 elementor-widget__width-initial
