AKU\u00ae-LEN PP-GF30 SOLID RODS or ROUND BARS in PP-GF30<\/h1>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

PP GF30 is a PP reinforced with 30% glass fiber<\/strong> and has increased dimensional stability, very high rigidity and high heat deflection temperature.<\/span>resistance, which opens up additional applications.<\/span><\/p>

Polypropylene has good rigidity, hardness and strength, but low notched impact strength. PP does not tend to form stress cracks and is easy to weld. However, embrittlement occurs at sub-zero temperatures. <\/p>

The chemical and electrical properties are very good. The continuous operating temperature is between +5 \u00b0C and approx. +100 \u00b0C.<\/p>

Our PP solid rods are physiologically safe in accordance with Regulation (EC) 1935\/2004 and approved for use with food.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    PP can be modified and reinforced to improve specific properties.
    PP-GF30<\/b> stands for polypropylene with 30% by weight glass fiber reinforcement. <\/p>\n

    Properties of PP-GF30:<\/b><\/p>\n

    • High strength:
      <\/b>The tensile strength and rigidity of PP are significantly improved by the addition of 30% by weight of glass fibers. PP-GF30 has a higher strength compared to unreinforced PP.<\/p><\/li>

    • Good chemical resistance:
